1. What is Vectone access?
Vectone Access Calling card can be used anywhere in the world and
helps you cut
the cost of international calls. All you need to do is download the
Vectone Access dialler
on your PC. Using this dialler and your Vectone calling card
pin, you can connect your calls using the internet
and save on paying heavy international call charges.
Vectone Access is a PC Application that lets you use save money
on international calls with a Vectone Calling Card. In fact, you
can talk to other users who have Vectone Access installed on their
phone or PC absolutely free. All you need is a PC and internet
connection.
2. How do I get started using Vectone access
dialer?
To get started with Vectone Access, you need to download the
application to your PC from our download section. Once you have
downloaded the file, please open it and follow the installation
instructions.
Once the application is installed, you launch it and log in with
your Vectone Access PIN number.
3. Is the Vectone access dialer Free?
Yes.
Vectone Access charges you nothing. The software is completely free
and as calls are routed over the internet rather than the mobile
network.
4. Can I add a new Vectone access Calling Card PIN to
the Vectone access dialer?
You can change the Vectone
Access Calling Card PIN being used in the Vectone Access
application by entering a new PIN.
However when you want to change the PIN using the Vectone Access
website, you can only link another Vectone Access Calling Card PIN
in your Vectone Access application, if the balance in the previous
PIN is less than £1.
If the balance in the previous PIN is more than £1, you will have
to continue using that PIN (at least until the balance falls to
below £1).
5. How can I change my Vectone access Calling Card PIN
associated with my Vectone access dialer?
The PIN can be changed on the PC (in the Vectone Access dialler) as
well as on the website.
Using mobile, after you have launched the Vectone Access
application and logged-in, you can change the PIN in the ´My
account´ tab.
When you replace the old PIN with a new one, the balance in the old
PIN is not added to the new PIN. However, you may still use that
Vectone Access Calling Card PIN for making normal Calling Card
calls (using mobile/fixed line phones) up to the remaining balance
in the card.
6. Can I view my calls history/details?
Users can see all calls made/ SMS sent that have a cost associated
with them on the Vectone Access website. Data will be displayed for
one month and will be searchable by date range over a 1 year
period.
7. How do I add credit to my account?
You
can only add credit to your account by entering the 10 digit PIN
number found on the Vectone Access Calling Card. A voice prompt
will inform you when you have insufficient credit to make a call.
Calls are charged per minute and rounded up to the nearest whole
minute.
8. What are the call charges to my
destination?
Call charges to A-Z destinations will be the same as mentioned in
your Vectone access Calling Card*
(* Provided you connect over Wi-Fi).
